The Pro Website Maintenance Package is the ultimate option to always have your site monitored, backed up and up-to-date. In addition to the inclusions of Essential and Pro Website Maintenance packages, this plan also contains 4 hours towards site updates with a speedy 24 hour response time.
(1) 1 month (30 days) of backups (2) Updates made when available barring any conflicts with other installed code or server settings (3) If restoration is needed, website will be restored to the latest viable back up available (4) Hours do not carry over month-to-month if not used in the current month. Additional work requested outside of the monthly website maintenance package allotments will be billed at the contracted hourly rate. (5) Response time in normal operating business hours

NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS
Simply select a package above and click the ‘Get Started’ button. You will then enter your credit card and billing information for recurring monthly payments. Once you sign up, we’ll send you a welcome email with next steps to get your website on-boarded.
Once you sign up for a website maintenance package, your on boarding process will start immediately. Here’s what to expect:
WELCOME EMAIL: You will receive a welcome email with next steps within 24 hours. We will request the necessary information and credentials to access your site and add it to our client portal.
SCHEDULING: Our team schedules updates for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your initial site setup will be completed on the Tuesday or Thursday following the day you sign up and will continue from that date onward based on the package you select.
BACKUPS: We don’t make any updates until we pull a full website and database backup of your site. We’ll then schedule routine backups based on the website maintenance package you select.
ONGOING UPDATES & MAINTENANCE: Your website will be added to our ongoing maintenance schedule based on the package you select. We have reminders set in place to ensure your site is consistently updated when it comes time. We’ll start with server updates, followed by core WordPress updates, Theme and Plugin updates.
NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS: Every time an update is made to your site, you will get a notification of the work that was completed.
After you have selected and purchased your Website maintenance plan, we will request that you fill out our Customer Intake Form so we can collect some details about your site. This helps us connect to your site in order to install our services offered (i.e., security monitoring, backups, and plugins). Our team keeps these credentials private and will never share these details with anyone not associated with Web Design Consultants.
