Like many startups, Case Study Buddy started with a great product but made limited initial investments in their branding and website. This served them well for a time, but as Case Study Buddy grew they needed to reposition themselves in the market to attract the right audience. Case Study Buddy delivers persuasive customer success stories in the form of written and video case studies – and they’re very good at it. The problem, however, was their brand did not reflect the high level of quality and service they were delivering. So, founder, Joel Klettke approached Tiller to take Case Study Buddy to the next level.
Tiller produced a logo, typography, colour palettes, illustrations, and iconography all with the aim of a polished, cohesive brand that embodies Case Study Buddy’s personality. With a set of fresh brand assets in hand, Tiller went to work on a conversion-focused marketing website designed to tell a clear, compelling story that connects Case Study Buddy to their ideal customers.
Case Study Buddy’s main objective was to position themselves as a premium, professional service and an attract an enterprise level audience without abandoning their fun and approachable personality. So, Tiller linked arms with the Case Study buddy team and got to work crafting a new brand identity and marketing website.
After the launch of their new brand and website, Case Study Buddy had their most successful month in company history. Since the site went live, it has produced consistent sales leads, which moved the company away from erratic spikes and drops in revenue to capturing consistent ongoing sales and revenue. In fact, since launch they have consistently set new sales records, with their revenue in a single quarter already a full 80% of the entire previous year’s total. They’ve signed the biggest retainer in the company’s history and their first Fortune 100 customer, one that Founder Joel Klettke confirms was a direct result of their new brand and website.
